摘要
自动生产线是现代制造业的主要载体,是主流现代控制技术的完美融合,利用现代通信技术将现场的检测信号、控制信号、执行与驱动等信号传送给每一工作站的中央处理核心,然后在主站协调下进行有序的控制工作。以RS-485串行通信为基础,按照亚龙模拟自动线(YL-335B)的技术要求,依据串行通讯的原理,详细介绍RS-485主从模块的配置,并通过交换数据位的定义,最终完成整个自动线的生产工艺流程。采用RS-485串行通信,系统具有开放式、数字化和网络化的特点,起到了较好的控制效果。
In this paper,RS-485 serial communication is based,according to the simulation Yaron automatic line(YL-335B)technical requirements,according to the principle of serial communication,detailing the RS-485 master-slave configuration of the module,and through the exchange of data bits defined to finalize the entire production process automatic line.Using RS-485 serial communication system with open,digital and network features played a better control effect.
