摘要 机舱集中监测与报警系统是轮机自动化的重要组成部分,设计了以PAC为核心控制器的船舶机舱监测报警系统,介绍了基于PAC的船舶机舱监测报警系统的软硬件设计。在自动化船舶机舱中,设备的运行状态、运行参数数值及故障报警状态都集中显示在控制室的监视屏上。机舱集中监测与报警系统能准确可靠地监测机舱内各种动力设备的运行状态及运行参数,减轻轮机员的劳动强度,改善工作条件,及时发现设备的运行故障,提高设备运行的可靠性。 Centralized engine room monitoring and alarm system is an important part of marine automation, this paper designed the ship engine room monitoring with PAC as the core controller and alarm system, introduces the hardware and software design of ship engine room monitoring and alarm system based on PAC. In the automatic ship engine room, the running state of the equipment, the numerical value of the operating parameters and the fault alarm state are displayed on the monitor screen of the control room. Centralized engine room monitoring and alarm system can accurately and reliably monitor the running status and parameters of various power equipment in the engine room, the engineer can reduce labor intensity, improve working conditions, timely detection of the operation of equipment failure, improve the reliability of equipment operation.
