配电变压器利用率评价及统筹调换策略

Evaluation and Optimization Strategy of Utilization Ratio of Distribution Transformer

针对目前配电变压器利用率缺乏评价方法的现状,提出了配电变压器年利用率的"四二三"评价方法。首先,对配电变压器年利用率各评价指标概念进行定义并对各指标的优秀范围进行估算;其次,根据年利用率母子指标的交互影响提出配电变压器年利用率的"四二三"评价方法,即综合年利用率母子指标的优劣限值组合将年利用率分为4大评价区域,23评价等级;最后,基于年利用率"四二三"评价方法提出配电变压器统筹调换策略。实例分析结果验证了评价方法的实用性及策略的优异性。

In view of the present situation of the lack of evaluation method of the utilization ratio of the distribution transformer, the ＂423＂ evaluation method of the annual utilization ratio of the distribution transformer is put forward. Firstly, the concept of each evaluation index of distribution transformer annual utilization rate is defined and the excellent range of each index is estimated. Secondly, according to the mutual influence of the annual utilization rate of the mother and child indicators, the ＂423＂ evaluation method of the annual utilization ratio of the distribution transformer is proposed, and according to the combination of merits and demerits, the annual utilization rate is divided into 4 evaluation areas, 23 evaluation grades. Finally, based on the annual utilization rate of ＂423＂ evaluation method of distribution transformer integrated switching strategy. The results of ease analysis verify the practicability of the evaluation method and the superiority of the strategy.
