模拟电子电位器的研究 被引量:1

摘要 文章根据晶体管的电流方程,导出了三级管输出特性线性化处理的基本原理,并根据该原理建立了理想的电路模型。文中在基本放大器的基础上引入了对数反馈网络,利用电压负反馈,消除了三级管两端电压和其集电极电流的非线性,使其伏安特性曲线变为直线、线性,且斜率可变。由此构成的电子电位器的分压比可以连续可调,达到了精细可调的目的。文中还简述了电子电位器在直流电路和交流电路中的简单应用。 According to the current of the transistor equation, this paper deduced the basic principle of triple tube output characteristic linearization, and according to the principle of the ideal circuit model is established.In this paper, on the basis of basic amplifier logarithmic feedback network is introduced, using the voltage negative feedback, eliminates the three-level voltage and nonlinear of the collector eurrent on both ends of the tube, make its volt-ampere characteristic curve into a straight line, linear, and the slope variable.The electronic potentiometer composed of partial pressure ratio can be adjustable, achieve the goal of the fine is adjustable.The paper also describes the electronic potentiometer simple application in de and ac circuit.
