摘要
以单片机MSP430为控制核心,设计并制作了一款高性能的射频宽带放大器。该系统主要由前级固定增益放大器OPA695、中间级压控增益放大器ADL5330和末级放大器AH101组成。测试结果表明系统可以在通频带40MHz^160MHz内实现0d B^50d B步进可调增益,增益起伏不大于2d B,具有增益可控、频带宽、带内波动小、人机界面友好等特点。
A high performance wide-band radio frequency amplifier is designed and produced based on micro-controller MSP430. The system is mainly composed of preamplifier OPA695, voltage controlled middle stage amplifier ADL5330 and final stage amplifier AH101. The test results prove that the system is capable of controlling the gain step by step in the range of 0d B~50d B within the bandwidth of 40MHz~160MHz, with gain fluctuation less than 2d B, which is gain-controllable, wide-band, stable and interface-friendly.
