摘要
针对传统电外科射频能量发生器存在开关损耗大、功率转换效率较低的问题,提出一种基于高效率DE类功放的电外科射频能量发生器设计方案。对DE类电外科射频功率放大电路进行简化分析,说明其工作过程满足E类零电压转换(ZVS)和零电压导数转换(ZDS)条件,能够有效降低高频下的开关损耗,并针对电外科手术过程中负载变化的情况给出相应的功率和效率的变化曲线。仿真和实际电路测试表明,DE类射频功放在高频下的转换效率很高,在理想负载(300Ω)下实际最高功率转换效率可达96.2%。
A new design of the electrosurgical RF-power generatoris proposed which is based on the high-efficiency class-DE power amplifier,to solve the problems of high switching loss and low power conversion efficiency.Class-DE electrosurgical RF-power amplifier is simplified and analyzed to explain that it satisfies class-E zero-voltage switching(ZVS) and zero-derivative-voltage switching(ZDS),so it's able to reduce switching losses at high frequency effectively,and the corresponding power and efficiency curves are given out in view of the change of load in the process of electric surgery.The resultsof simulation and actual circuit test indicate that the conversion efficiency of class-DERF-power amplifieris very high in high frequency, and the maximum power conversion efficiency is 96.2% under the ideal load(300Ω) in the practical design.
