摘要
系统总结深圳地铁9号线全面提升轨道平顺性而研究实施的技术创新方案,主要包括:桁架双块式轨枕、高平顺地铁道岔及辊轮滑床板系统、预制钢弹簧浮置板、轨道基础控制网建设测量技术(CPⅢ)等,可为地铁轨道系统解决传统现浇钢弹簧浮置板的种种问题和不足提供技术储备,并大大提高轨道铺设精度和平顺性,降低后期运营部门养护维修量。
This paper systematically summarizes the technical innovations in upgrading track smoothness of Shenzhen Metro Line 9 as follows: laying a double block sleeper with a truss, using new smooth railroad turnouts and roller sliding plate system, laying prefabricated floating slabs, using rail-based control network measurement techniques (CPⅢ), etc. They can solve the problems and deficiencies that the traditional cast steel spring floating slabs brought to the subway system so to provide sufficient technical reserves, greatly improve the track laying accuracy and smoothness, and reduce the maintenance work during the oper- ation.
