护理实习生三级岗前培训的实施与体会

Practice and Experience of Three-level Pre-job Training in Nursing Interns

临床实习是培养护理人员良好的职业素质和规范专业行为的关键时期,是对护理实习生(以下简称护生)进行综合训练的重要教学阶段,是培养护生综合能力的关键环节,是护生由学生角色向护士角色转换的过程,也是护生容易出现角色不适应的阶段,为改善护理专业学生进入医院实习后出现这一现象,我院通过三级岗前培训促使护理实习生尽快适应角色转变,提高护理实习生的综合能力,从而为临床实习乃至今后的工作夯实基础。

Clinical practice is a key period to cultivate professional quality and standardize professional behavior of nursing staff, a significant teaching stage to comprehensively train nursing interns, a crucial part to develop the comperhensive capabilities of nursing interns and also a critical process to transform the role of nursing students into nurses. Meanwhile, it is hard for nursing interns to adapt their roles.In order to improve nursing interns entering the hospital who appear this phenomenon. Our collage used three-level pre-job training to help nursing interns adapting their role as soon as possible and also to improve their comprehensive capabilities.Therefore, it established a solid foundation for nursing interns to adapt clinical practice or even their future work.
