教授是高等院校推动学术进步、发展及创新的主力军,高等院校学科建设是教授施展才华的重要平台之一,职称晋升是高等院校促进学术快速协调发展的重要举措。教授研发、学科建设、职称晋升的三位一体是高等院校启用高级人才及培养高级人才的重中之重。结合当今高等院校在教授、学科、职称建设等方面存在的若干问题或现象,于此谈谈一些肤浅认识。

The professor is the main force of colleges and universities to promote academic progress, development and innovation of university discipline construction is one of the important platforms of professor ＇s talent, and job promotion is an important measure to promote rapid and coordinated development of academic institutions of higher learning. The trinity of research and development, dis-cipline construction and professional title promotion is the top priority for the higher education institutions to enable the senior per-sonnel and to train the senior talents. Combined with the present institutions of higher learning, some problems or phenomena existing in the teaching, subject, title, and so on were dicsussed.
