玉杏汤合百令胶囊治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期58例

Yuxing Decoction and Bailing Capsule in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in Stable Phase for 58 Cases

目的研究探讨古方玉杏汤加百令胶囊治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(稳定期)的临床疗效。方法选取108例门诊患者为研究对象,分为治疗组58例和对照组50例,对照组给予常规健康教育及治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予加服玉杏汤中药煎剂及百令胶囊,3个月后检测所有患者用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC%、6 min步行距离(6MWT)。结果 3个月后治疗组FVC、FEV1及6MWT均较对照组明显提升,且经统计学检验差异具有显著性意义。结论玉杏汤加百令胶囊口服能明显改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病(稳定期)患者的肺功能,减少患者发病次数,延长患者稳定期。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of ancient prescription Yuxing decoction and Bailing capsule in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ stable phase）. Methods 108 cases of outpatients in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into treatment group of 58 cases and control group of 50 cases. The control group was given routine health education and treatment. The treatment group was given oral Chinese herbal Yuxing decoction and Bailing capsule on the basis of the control group. After 3 months, all patients were detected in Forced vital capacity（FVC）, forced expiratory volume in one second（FEV1）, FEV1/FVC% and 6-minute walking test（6MWT）. Results After 3 months, FVC, FEV1 and 6MWT of the treatment group were significantly improved comparing with the control group, and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Oral administration of Yuxing Decoction and Bailing capsule can significantly improve lung function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（stable phase）, reduce the number of patients, and prolong the patients at stable stage.
