中医内外治法治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变160例

Internal and External Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Diabetic Lower Extremity Vascular Disease for 160 Cases

目的探讨中药内服联合外洗治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变临床疗效。方法 320例病例均为2011年6月—2014年3月济宁市中医院内分泌科的住院患者。治疗组与观察组各160例,比较2组患者的中医症状评分、足背动脉血流、踝肱血压、血脂TC、TG、血糖等。结果治疗后治疗组中医症候积分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组左侧、右侧的血管内径明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组左侧、右侧的DPA、PTA均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组TG、餐后2h血糖明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药内服配合外洗对于改善糖尿病下肢血管病变有着确实的疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of Chinese herbs internal administration combined with external wash in the treatment of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease. Methods 320 cases were hospitalized patients in department of endocrinology from June 2011 to March 2014. Treatment group and observation group had 160 cases, respectively. The TCM symptom scores, dor-salis pedis artery blood flow, ankle brachial blood pressure, blood fat, TC, TG, blood sugar, etc of the two groups was compared re-spectively. Results After treatment, TCM symptom score of the treatment group was better than hat of the control group（ P〈0.05）. After treatment, the left and the right side of the vascular diameter of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the right and left of the DPA and PTA of the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. After treatment, TG and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the treatment group were significantly better those that of control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese herbs internal administration combined with external wash can improve the curative effect of diabetic lower extremity vascular lesions, and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
