张怀亮教授认为,针对亚甲炎病情反复发作,热势较高,停用糖皮质激素热势随即复燃者,西医治疗相对有限且疗效欠佳。在诊疗过程中应遵循中医整体观念、辨证论治原则,从伤寒六经辨证入手,结合温病辨病,多角度去剖析整个病理演变,整体统一,辨证施治,全面把握病情变化,不拘泥一病一方,不拘泥一种辨证体系,四诊合参,病证结合,方可取得较好疗效。

Professor Zhang Huailiang thought that immediately deactivate thermal potential of corticosteroids again had relatively lim-ited and poor effect with Western medicine according to subacute thyroiditis repeated episodes of illness and high heat force. In clinic process, we should followe TCM overall concept and principles of treatment based on syndrome differentiation, from syndrome differ-entiation of six channels theory, combined with warm disease differentiation and multi-angle to analyze the whole pathology evolution,overall unified, full grasped illness change, four diagnosis collection parameter, and better effect can be obtained.
