中国穴位埋线疗法系列讲座(四十四) 手卡指压式星状神经节埋线为主治疗荨麻疹的疗效观察

Series Primary Lecture about Acupoint Embedding Thread Therapy(ⅩⅩⅩⅩⅣ) Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Hand Shiatsu Stellate Ganglion Catgut Embedding Therapy in Treating Urticaria

目的观察星状神经节为主埋线治疗荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法将60例荨麻疹患者随机分为两组,观察组30例采用以星状神经节为主穴的埋线治疗,对照组30例采用普通穴位埋线治疗。两组均治疗2月并随访1月观察疗效。结果观察组治愈率83.33%,对照组治愈率为50.00%,二者疗效差异有显著性意义。结论以星状神经节为主穴位埋线治疗荨麻疹是一种较佳的治疗方法。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of stellate ganglion catgut embedding therapy in treating urticaria. Methods 60 cases of patients with urticaria were randomly divided into observation group of 30 patients treated with predominantly stellate ganglion catgut embedding therapy and control group of 30 patients treated with common acupuncture catgut embedding ther- apy. Two groups were treated for 2 months and followed-up for 1 month. The curative effect was observed. Results The cure rate of the observation group and the control group was 83.33% and 50.00%, respectively, and there was significant difference. Conclusion The stellate ganglion catgut embedding therapy in treating urticaria is a better treatment method.
