背俞穴针罐疗法的推广应用体会

Experience of Application and Popularization of Back-shu Points Acu-cupping Therapy

背俞穴针罐疗法是荆门市中医医院针灸科主任——杨贤海主任医师,在针灸临床中发现并经过理论挖掘和临床验证了其安全性和实用性的一门中医药适宜技术。本文着重介绍背俞穴针罐疗法的基本操作规程、适应症、禁忌症、注意事项、操作评分细则以及近年来我们在基层医疗机构推广应用该疗法的措施和体会,对指导基层中医药适宜技术推广具有实际意义。

Back-shu acu-cupping therapy is an appropriate TCM technology which is found by Yang Xian-hai, MD, the director of Department of Acupuncture. And the therapy is derived from clinical practice, and recieves a theoretical excavation and clinical ex-amination. This article focused on the basic operating rules, indications, contraindications, precautions and operation scoring rules of back-shu points acu-cupping, as well as the measures and experience of promoting this therapy to primary health care institutions in recent years, which is of practical significance to guide the promotion of appropriate TCM technology in grassroots.
