This paper summarized the application experience of Shaoyao Gancao decoction in the emergency department. Shaoyao Gancao decoction in the treatment of related diseases, especially painful disorders, has obtained better effect. It can save medical ex-penses for the majority of patients, reduce the infusion, the well-being of the people. In order to improve the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine, carry forward the traditional Chinese medicine characteristics, the application of Shaoyao Gancao decoc-tion in the emergency department in hospital was summarized for readers＇ reference. It can make contribution for China ＇s traditional Chinese medicine health.
