中医药治疗盆腔炎性疾病的实验研究进展

Progress on the Experimental Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

盆腔炎性疾病属于妇科常见的感染性疾病,严重影响女性的身心健康和生殖健康,易引起不孕症、异位妊娠、慢性盆腔痛等后遗症。本病西医治疗以抗生素为主,但存在耐药、不良反应发生率高、患者依从性差、复发率高等问题。中医药治疗盆腔炎性疾病有较大优势,以辨证论治为核心,遵循"法随证立,方从法出"的原则,损其有余以祛邪,补其不足以扶正,攻补兼施,针对病证发挥作用。近些年来,在研究提高临床疗效的同时,开展了众多的药理和作用机制实验研究,包括抑菌、抗炎、调节细胞因子和免疫功能、改善血液流变学、抗氧自由基等,但相关研究缺乏系统性。在现有的中医药治疗PID药理学实验基础上,应充分利用现代药理学实验方法,从炎症介质、蛋白激酶、信号通路、基因表达等多角度、多层级继续开展深入的研究工作,通过严谨扎实的基础研究,为其临床科学合理使用和获得中西医共同认可提供确切的数据支持。

Pelvic inflammatory disease is a common gynecological infectious disease, which could affect physical and mental health and reproductive health. The sequelas of PID included sterility, ectopic pregnancy and chronic pelvic pain. The Western medicine treatment plan was based on antibiotics. But this treatment had some questions, such as drug resistance, high adverse reaction rate,low compliance and high recurrence rate. Traditional Chinese medicine implied its advantage in the disease＇s treatment and it was based on syndrome differentiation and treatment. In recent years, there were so much experimental studies on pharmacology and mechanism of action about traditional Chinese medicine treatment. These studies＇ angle included antibacterial, anti inflammation,regulating cytokines and immune function, improving blood rheology, anti oxygen free radicals, but there were lack of systematic. On the basis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of pharmacology, there would have multi-angle and multi-level in-depth research works including inflammatory mediators, protein kinases, signaling pathways and gene expression. According to the systematic and rigorous foundation research, these would provide reference and exact data for the clinical scientific and reasonable application and treatment guidelines recommendation.
