摘要
在1953年-2013年全国供电量、火电份额、电网线损率、火电发电量、供电煤耗以及国内158种动力煤元素分析和收到基低位发热量数据的基础上,计算了CO_2、SO_2、NO_x排放系数平均值和全国电网线损率下降引起的CO_2、SO_2、NO_x的减排量。计算结果表明:对于国内动力煤,1.0 kg标准煤的CO_2、SO_2、NO_x的平均排放系数分别是2.934kg/kg,28 171 mg/kg,4 420 mg/kg;1953年-2013年全国电网线损率降低减少CO_2排放量为3530万t,减少SO_2排放量为33.9万t,减少NO_x排放量为5.32万t。1996年后的CO_2,SO_2,NO_x减排量超过总减排量的91%。
On the data base of the Ultimate Analysis and LHV (as received base) of the 158 Chinese power coals and the power supply, the proportion of the coal fired power, line loss rate and power supply coal con- sumption from 1953 to 2013, calculation of the CO2, SO2 NOxemission factors and emission reduction of the CO2, SO2, NOx is discussed. The calculation reduction revealed that, for 1.0 kg standard coal, the average emission factors of the CO2, SO2 and NO,for Chinese power coal are 2. 934 kg/kg, 28 171 mg/kg, 4420 mg/kg, the total emission reduction of the CO2 , SO2and NO,. esulting from the line loss rate from 1953 to 2013 are 353 ×105 t, 339×103 t and 53.2 × 103 t respectively. Besides, the emission reduction the CO2 , SO2and NO,from 1996 accounted for more than 91% of the total emission reduction.
