组合型板翅式换热器热力设计软件的开发

摘要 串联、并联、混联组合型板翅式换热器正广泛应用于螺杆压缩机的空气和油冷却系统中,在进行结构设计和热力计算时,因涉及大量的理论计算和图表查询,传统的手工算法计算工作量大、效率低,且易出现人为误差。为了降低板翅式换热器的设计难度,提高计算精度,以Visual Basic6.0为系统开发平台,结合Access建立不同条件下多种流体的物性数据库,利用对数平均温差法设计开发出一套具有可视化操作界面的板翅式换热器热力设计软件,可实现单体或多个板翅式换热器串联、并联和混联模型的结构设计和热力计算,并通过具体实例的计算,验证了该软件算法的可靠性和高效性。 The plate-fin heat exchangers of series connection, parallel connection and mix connection are widely applied in air cooler and oil cooler in the screw compressor. Having Visual Basic 6.0 adopted as the development platform, and the Access combined to build a property database for various fluids in different con- ditions as well as the logarithmic mean temperature difference employed to develop the software with visual op- erating interface for calculation of the heat power of the plate-fin heat exchangers was implemented to realize the structure design and thermal calculation of single or multiple plate-fin heat exchangers of series connection, parallel connection and mix connection. The practical calculation proves this software' s reliability and high efficiency.
