摘要目的总结妊娠哺乳期乳腺癌(pregnancy associated breast cancer,PABC)的诊治经验。方法选择2010年1月至2014年12月间本院收治乳腺癌手术1623例患者的临床资料进行总结分析。结果与其他乳腺癌相比,PABC发现晚,恶性程度高,预后差,2年存活率仅87%。结论 PABC是一种特殊类型乳腺癌,就诊时肿瘤体积大,常有淋巴结转移,预后差。
