微波治疗仪治疗皮肤病的体会

Microwave experience for the treatment of skin disease

目的观察微波治疗皮肤病的临床疗效。方法 12个病种535例皮肤病患者使用微波治疗仪治疗。结果 211例寻常疣1次治愈171例,2次治愈30例,3次治愈10例;85例扁平疣1次治愈70例,2次治愈10例,3次治愈5例;甲周疣8例1次治愈;传染性软疣92例1次治愈;跖疣12例1次治愈;老年斑34例1次治愈;色素痣26例,1次治愈;皮赘23例,1次治愈;鸡眼39例,1次治愈;脂溢性角化病5例,1次治愈。1次治愈共480例占89.72%,2次治愈40例占7.48%,3次治愈15例占2.8%,总治愈率为100%。结论微波治疗仪在治疗皮肤上具有止血效果好,没有烧灼的臭味、不产生汽化、不污染环境、对机体组织损伤极小、创面愈合快等优点,治疗各类皮肤病效果良好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of microwave treatment of skin disease. Methods Microwave treatment was done in535 patients with skin disease of 12 diseases. Results 211 cases of common warts were cured by microwave treatment,one cure of 17 cases,2 times to heal 30 cases,3 times,10 cases were cured. Once 70 cases were cured in 85 cases of flat wart,2 times,10 cases were cured,3 times to heal in 5 cases; Periungual wart 1 time to cure warts8 cases; Once cured 92 cases of contagious soft wart. Plantar wart 12 cases 1 time to heal; Age spots 34 cases 1 time to heal; 126 cases of pigmented nevus once cured,1 time to cure skin flabby 23 cases; Corns 39 1 time to heal; Seborrheic keratosis 1 time to heal in 5 cases; Once cured,a total of 480 cases,accounting for 89. 72%,2 times the cure rate of 40 cases（ 7. 84%）,3 times to cure 15 cases（ 2. 8%）,the total cure rate 100%. Conclusion Microwave treatment is excellent in hemostatic effect,has no burning smell,do not produce vaporization,polluting the environment,small tissue damage,the advantages of fast healing,treatment of various skin diseases effect is good,worthy of clinical promotion.
