摘要
水生态空间是国土空间的核心构成要素,对其他类型空间起到重要的支撑和保障作用。通过梳理水生态空间与管控的内涵,提出了水生态空间管控规划的思路,明确了水生态空间管控规划的主要内容。针对目前水生态空间管控工作开展情况,提出了相应的建议。
Spatial pattern of water ecology forms the key elements of national land space that plays a critical role of supporting and safeguarding to other spaces. Through analysis of intension of applying spatial pattern of water ecology and control measures, ideas and main contents of planning are defined. Recommendations are given to the current management according to the actual situation.
