摘要
在自然教学情境中,进行学生积极反应对43位教师职业活动幸福感的影响实验.结果显示:学生的积极反应对教师职业活动幸福感均具有显著影响,加强学生积极反应行为是提升教师职业活动幸福感的有效途径.
This research,based on natural teaching situation,is to test impacts of the students' positive response on the sense of happiness of the 43 teachers towards their professional activities.The results show that students' positive response has significant impacts on and is also an effective way to enhance the sense of happiness of the teachers at their professional activities.
