大学生反刍思维完美主义和后悔倾向的关系

Relationship of Rumination,Perfectionism and Regret Orientation in College Students

为了考察反刍思维、完美主义和后悔倾向的关系,采用反刍思维量表、大学生完美主义问卷和后悔倾向问卷对1076名大学生进行问卷调查.结果表明:(1)男女大学生完美主义和后悔倾向具有显著性差异(P<0.05),高年级比低年级大学生的完美主义倾向严重,而一般院校大学生比职业院校大学生更容易后悔;(2)后悔倾向与反刍思维(r=0.585,P<0.01)和完美主义(r=0.410,P<0.01)具有显著正相关,并且反刍思维与完美主义能显著预测后悔倾向.由此可见大学生反刍思维、完美主义对后悔倾向有重要作用.

To study the relationship between rumination,perfectionism and regret orientation,the Rumination Response Scale（RRS）,Perfectionism Questionnaire for College Students and the Regret Orientation Scale were applied to 1076 college students.It is found that（1）significant gender differences are found between girls and boys in terms of the perfectionism and regret orientation for college students（P0.05）,with the upperclassmen having a heavier trend for perfectionism and the average college undergraduates being more capable of regretting than those in vocational colleges;（2）The regret orientation has significant correlation with rumination（r=0.585,P0.01）and Perfectionism（r=0.410,P0.01）,Rumination and Perfectionism can significantly predict the regret orientation,indicating that Rumination and Perfectionism play an important role on effecting Regret Orientation in college students.
