摘要 血-脑脊液屏障是维持中枢神经系统稳定的关键因素。内皮细胞小窝蛋白(caveolins)的重要标志物小窝蛋白-1(caveolin-1)在血-脑脊液屏障中扮演重要角色。caveolin-1参与了血-脑脊液屏障受外界侵略和信号转导的过程。目前对caveolin-1的研究仍然较少,本次的回顾性研究认为caveolin-1对血-脑脊液屏障以及中枢神经系统疾病都具有非常重要的意义。 Blood cerebrospinal fluid barrier is the key factor to maintain the stability of central nervous system. Important marker (caveolin-1) of endothelial cell caveolins plays an important role in the blood brain cerebrospinal fluid barrier.caveolin-1 is involved in the process of blood cerebrospinal fluid barrier by external aggression and signal transduction.At present,the research on caveolin-1 is still few.This retrospective study Suggests that caveolin-1 has a very important significance in the blood cerebrospinal fluid barrier and central nervous system diseases.
