瑞舒伐他汀联合氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of Rosuvastatin combined with Clopidogrel in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris

目的观察瑞舒伐他汀联合氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月~2016年1月我院收治的60例不稳定型心绞痛患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组予阿司匹林口服及硝酸酯类、β-受体阻滞剂、钙离子拮抗剂、低分子肝素等常规药物进行对症治疗。观察组在此基础上加用瑞舒伐他汀、氯吡格雷。比较两组治疗后的总有效率,治疗前后的心绞痛发作次数、心肌缺血次数、心肌缺血持续总时间。结果观察组治疗后的总有效率为96.7%,对照组为76.7%,两组的总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的心绞痛发作次数、心肌缺血次数与治疗前比较显著减少,心肌缺血持续总时间显著缩短,且观察组的心绞痛发作次数、心肌缺血次数明显少于对照组,心肌缺血持续总时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀联合氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛可以提高效果,缓解临床症状、安全性好,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Rosuvastatin combined with Clopidogrel in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods Sixty patients with unstable angina pectoris treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as research objects.All patients were divided into observation group（n=30） and control group（n =30） by a random number table method.In the control group,conventional drugs for symptomatic treatment like oral administration of aspirin,nitrates,β-blockers,calcium antagonists,and low molecular weight heparin,etc.were used,while in the observation group,Rosuvastatin and Clopidogrel were added on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate after treatment,frequency of angina pectoris attack before and after treatment,number of myocardial ischemia and the total duration of myocardial ischemia were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%,and that of the control group was 76.7%,and the total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Frequency of angina pectoris attack,number of myocardial ischemia and the total duration of myocardial ischemia were greatly reduced in comparison with those before treatment,and decrease in the observation group was more obvious compared with those in the control group with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Rosuvastatin combined with Clopidogrel in treatment of unstable angina pectoris is safe,which can improve the curative effect and alleviate the clinical symptoms,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
