多用磨浆机在粉碎天灸药物白芥子中的应用及临床观察

Application and clinical observation of multi-purpose refiner in smashing White Mustard Seed of moxibustion medicine

目的探讨多用磨浆机在粉碎天灸药物白芥子中的应用及临床观察。方法选取2014年6月本院的80例无皮肤过敏的自愿受试人员,按照随机数字表法分为对照组A和治疗组A,各40例。对照组A在相应穴位敷贴传统方法制备的天灸稠膏,治疗组A在相同穴位敷贴多用磨浆机法制备的天灸稠膏,观察两组的皮肤刺激性、起效时间和发热程度。选取2014~2016年7、8月本院门诊收治的160例虚寒型哮喘患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组B和治疗组B,各80例。对照组B在相应穴位敷贴传统方法制备的天灸稠膏,治疗组B在相同穴位敷贴多用磨浆机法制备的天灸稠膏,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组A在1、24、48、72 h的反应平均分值高于对照组A,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组A人体皮肤的起效时间短于对照组A,发热程度强于对照组A,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组B的总有效率为91.25%,高于对照组B的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多用磨浆机粉碎白芥子制备的天灸稠膏对人体皮肤的刺激较强,对虚寒型哮喘的疗效较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application and clinical observation of the multi-purpose refiner in smashing White Mustard Seed of moxibustion medicine.Methods 80 tested volunteers who had no skin allergy in June 2014 in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group A and the treatment group A according to the random number table method.The control group A was applied the moxibustion thick paste made with the traditional method in the relevant acupoint,the treatment group A was applied the moxibustion thick paste made with the multi-purpose refiner in the same acupoint.The skin irritation,onset time and fever degree of the two groups were observed.In addition,160 patients with deficiency and cold type asthma in our hodpital in July and August from 2014 to 2016 were selected and divided into the control group B and the treatment group B according to the random number table method.The control group B was applied the moxibustion thick paste made with the traditional method in the relevant acupoint,the treatment group B was applied the moxibustion thick paste made with the multi-purpose refiner in the same acupoint.The treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results The reaction average scores at 1,24,48,and 72 h in the treatment group A was higher than that in the control group A,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The onset time of human skin in the treatment group A was shorter than that in the control group A,and the fever degree in the treatment group A was stronger than that of the control group A,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in the treatment group B was 91.25%,which was higher than that in the control group B（77.50%）,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The moxibustion thick paste made with the multi-purpose refiner has a strong stimulation in human skin and has high curative effect for deficiency and cold type asthma in clinic,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
