目的探讨持续创新的教学法对药学实习生实习效果的影响,以培养优质药学人才。方法运用持续创新教学法引导导师和药学生积极解决教学过程中出现的问题,通过双向信息反馈系统评估教学质量。结果教学制度的持续完善和教学方法优化,有效地提升药学生的学习主观能动性和增强实习生对案例的思考、药物的合理应用和工作的规范化等综合能力。结论持续创新的教学方法在促进教学管理水平、提高教学质量和培养优质的社会药学人才方面发挥着关键的作用。

Objective To explore the effect of continuing-innovation teaching method on the practice of pharmacy interns and to cultivate qualified pharmacists.Methods Continuing-innovation teaching method was taken into teaching process and both the teachers and the pharmacy students were orientated to solve the problems actively,the quality-ensured feedback system was used to measure the teaching quality.Results Continuous improvement of the teaching system and optimization of teaching methods were proved to promote pharmacy students＇ subjective initiative in learning and effectively enhance the comprehensive ability of pharmacy students in elaborative faculty,rational use of medicines and work specification.Conclusion Continuing-innovation teaching method is critical for improvement of administration level and the efficiency in teaching,and the pharmaceutical talents will be qualified enough for the society.
