摘要
目的探讨循证护理与常规护理对老年2型糖尿病患者护理效果的对比。方法选取2015年1~12月我院收治的老年2型糖尿病患者100例,随机分为对照组与研究组,各50例,对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用循证护理,比较两组患者护理效果。结果循证护理应用效果显著优于常规护理,研究组总有效率为96.0%,高于对照组的60.0%(P<0.05),研究组护理满意度为96.0%,高于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05)。结论循证护理在老年2型糖尿病患者的临床护理中具有更好的应用效果,临床上应当推广应用。
Objective To explore evidence-based nursing and regular care for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes care effect comparison.Methods 100 cases with type 2 diabetes from January to December 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group,50 cases in each group,the control group was received routine care,the study group was given evidence-based care,nursing effect of two groups were compared.Results The application effect of evidence-based nursing was significantly better than that of routine nursing,the total effective rate of the study group was 96.0% higher than that of control group of 60.0%（P〈0.05）,and the nursing satisfaction rate of study group was 96.0%,higher than that of control group of 70.0%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Evidence-based care has a better effect in the application of clinical nursing elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,the clinical it should be popularized.
