摘要
通过溶胶凝胶法合成钒酸铜正极材料,采用X射线衍射光谱法(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜法(SEM)、差热分析(DTA)和粒度分析方法对钒酸铜材料进行了表征。采用粉末压片工艺制备单体电池,实验结果表明,正极中电解质和导电剂的最佳质量分数添加量分别为25%和10%。单体电池以100 m A/cm^2恒流放电时,起始电压可达2.811 V,截止电压为2V时比容量为212 m Ah/g.
Cu3V2O8as cathode material was synthesized by sol-gel method, and was characterized by XRD, SEM, differential thermal analyzer and laser particle size analyzer. Influences of synthesis conditions of Cu3V2O8 on discharge performance were studied with single cells prepared by pressed-power process. Results show that the optimal additive quantities of electrolyte and conductor in cathodes are 25% and 10%. The start voltage of single cells at 100 mA/cm2 is 2.811 V with the discharge specific capacity of 212 mAh/g at the cut-off voltage of 2 V.
