摘要
以钒电池失效电解液为原料,高锰酸钾为氧化剂,通过酸性铵盐沉钒,再经过锻烧,制备五氧化二钒,对实验过程中的沉淀物质进行X射线衍射分析。结果表明:在p H值为10.10以上可以除去溶液中的锰离子,加入铵盐沉钒时可以得到多钒酸铵,多钒酸铵加热分解后的物质是五氧化二钒。
Vanadium pentoxide was prepared from failure electrolyte of vanadium battery, with potassium permanganate as the oxidant, by precipitating vanadium in acid ammonium salt, and then calcination. X ray diffraction analysis of precipitation in the process of the experiment was carried out. The results show that: manganese ions in the solution can be removed with the pH value above 10.10, APV can be obtained by adding ammonium salt, and the substance of APV after calcination is vanadium pentoxide.
