摘要
退维时间和温度是棉/水溶性维纶无捻纱线生产工艺的关键性技术条件,采用称重法分析了环锭纺棉/水溶性维纶无捻纱线及其不同线密度无捻纱线平纹、透孔组织织物的退维时间和温度。结果表明,棉/水溶性维纶无捻纱线与水分子接触较充分退维迅速,40℃水溶性维纶在75℃恒温水溶液里,5 min便可完成退维纶;而其机织物因交织点紧密退维时间较长,在85℃恒温水溶液里完全退维要35 min。同时纱线线密度小,其织物的退维时间相对较少。
Water-dissolving time and temperature of PVA were key technology of untwisted yarn process. The dissolving time and temperature of the ringspun cotton/water soluble vinylon untwisted yarn plain, porous fabric woven by different linear density ringspun twistless yarn were analyzed by weighting methods. The results showed that cotton/water soluble vinylon untwisted yarn sufficiently contacted with water molecules and dissolving rapidly, only five minutes when 40 ℃ PVA in 75 ℃ constant temperature water solution. Water-dissolving time of PVA was longer in woven fabric due to interweave closely. It need 35 min when 40 ℃ PVA in 85 ℃constant temperature water solution. Lower PVA liner density need less dissolving time.
