摘要
以TH6216卧式镗铣加工中心的进给系统为研究对象,利用球杆仪进行动态误差检测,运用Matlab软件将检测数据拟合出圆周半径和圆周线速度对XY轴联动的圆度误差影响曲线,定量研究直线进给系统的影响因素,为评估机床实际精度和提高机床的精度提供理论依据。
Feed system of TH6216 boring - milling center was researched in this paper. Dynamic errors were ob- tained by using ball bar. Error influence curve on the XY axis circular degree of circle radius and circ- umference speed were simulated by MATLAB. The influencing factors of linear feed system were evalua- ted in ration. The results could provide theoretical basis for the actual precision and help to improve the precision of the machine tool.
