摘要
提出一种基于逐层切削CCD成像的复杂零件轮廓表面及内腔的三维重构技术。此技术通过将被测物体用高分子材料包裹后进行逐层切削,再由CCD拍摄并传送至计算机,通过对图像的分析处理及边缘检测,得到被测物体的三维模型数据信息。根据检测得到的三维点云数据的特点,再用IMAGEWARE进行曲线及曲面拟合,得到三维模型。实验结果表明基于逐层切削CCD成像的复杂零件轮廓表面及内腔的三维重构技术具有检测准确、快捷等特点,且能对复杂零件内腔进行有效检测与三维重构。
3D Reconstruction Technique based on layer by layer cutting and CCD imaging is proposed. This technique is able to reconstruct the contour surface and inner cavity of complex parts. The measured object is coated by polymer material. The contour surface of every layer of the measured object cut by machine tool is captured by CCD camera. The 3D model data through analyzing image captured by CCD camera and detecting edges by computer program is obtained. 3D model is obtained using curve and surface fitting by imageware and UG due to characteristics of the 3D point cloud. The experiment result shows that this technique is of accuracy and facilitation, and is capable of 3D reconstruction of parts with complex inner cavity.
