融合机器视觉的制造过程监控组态平台研究 被引量:1

摘要 分析了制造过程监控中工控组态平台应用与纯视觉监控系统存在的不足,对融合机器视觉的工控组态监控平台的开发与实现进行了研究,分析了工控组态监控平台实现机器视觉监控的技术需求,给出了融合机器视觉监控技术的工控界面可组态化架构设计,论述了在Visual Studio C++开发平台上实现机器视觉监控图元模块类在工控组态监控平台上的类继承方法,给出了实现机器视觉监控图元模块与工控组态监控平台上融合的开发实现流程。最后给出了融合机器视觉的工控组态监控平台的实现效果及其应用实例,结果表明设计的工控组态监控平台在应用上的可行性和在监控上的优势,为制造过程监控的组态化水平的提高起推动作用。 To show the shortcomings of industrial control configuration platforms of manufacturing system and pure video monitoring system, The development and implementation of a monitoring configuration platform with vision machine are focused on with the analysis of the function requirement for the combined sys- tem. The system construction design and its implement of class inherits in Visual Studio C + + are pro- posed in consideration of the combination industrial and vision monitoring functions. The development flowchart for the system is given on the basis of the design ideas. In the end, an application instance with the design results and its performances are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the contribu- tions for the process of manufacturing automatic monitoring.
