摘要
介绍了一种用于解决数控机床滚珠丝杠结构传动的旋转轴的非线性定位精度补偿方法,通过建立滚珠丝杠结构的旋转轴传动的数学模型,生成理论补偿算法,采取VC++编程的方式自动生成补偿文件,结合西门子840D sl数控系统采用绝对值进行的定位误差补偿的特点,通过设置相关机床参数,同时将补偿文件写入数控系统,完成对旋转轴的精度补偿。
This article introduces a kind of non - linear precision compensation method aimed at rotation axis of ball screw by building the mathematical model, adapting VC + + program to make auto - compensation file, combining with the characteristics of 840D sl numerical control system using the absolute value of the positioning error compensation, setting the relevant machine parameters and transporting the compensa- tion file into the CNC system, accomplishing the precision compensation of rotation axis.
