目前,我国医药行业多环节分销的传统供应链模式导致了行业集中度低、企业规模小、物流现代化程度低等普遍问题。建立合理的利益分配机制是医药企业供应链实现共赢所必须解决的重要问题。通过改善供应链链上企业的关系,探索在信息化技术背景下医药流通企业面临的供应链问题,文章采用基于Shapley值的利益分配法对其供应链管理问题进行优化,讨论在不同风险因素下,供应链相关合作伙伴的利益分配问题并提出相关对策和建议。将理论运用于企业实际供应链发展过程中,实现有效沟通,获取更多的竞争条件和信息资源,实现供应链管理的现代化,提高企业经济效益,增强综合实力。

Now the traditional supply chain mode of China＇s pharmaceutical industry distribution led to the low industry concentration degree, small scale and low level of enterprises logistics modernization. To establish a reasonable interest distribution mechanism is an important problem so that the pharmaceutical enterprise supply chain to realize win-win situation. It explores the issues of supply chain under the background of information technology by improving the chain relationship, optimize the supply chain based on the Shapley method, and analysis the profit distribution problem under different risk factors. The pharmaceutical circulation enterprises can get more competitive conditions and information resources to realize effective communication and realize supply chain modernization and improve enterprise economic benefits, enhance the comprehensive strength.
