摘要
企业既是国家经济增长的基础,也是技术创新的主体。企业微观上的技术创新能力和水平决定着国家宏观上的自主性技术创新能力和水平。文章运用委托-代理理论模型,从知识互补性视角研究了跨组织获取基础研究成果的成本、专业化经济下降导致的损失和独立实施基础研究的追加投入以及交易效率对企业技术创新决策的微观影响,而这一微观影响将最终决定我国宏观的技术创新水平和能力。为提升我国技术创新能力,需要从机制上降低交易费用和跨组织获取基础研究成果的成本,促进企业与外部组织的跨界合作,实施合作创新,发展互补经济。
Enterprises are not only the foundation of national economic growth, but also the main body of technological innovation.The technological innovation ability and level of the enterprises determines the independent innovation ability and level of the state. With use of the principal-agent theory, from the perspective of knowledge complementarity, we discuss the micro influence of the cost of obtaining achievements of basic research across organizations, the loss caused by decline of specialized economy, additional investment caused by independent of basic research, and transaction efficiency on technological innovation decision-making of enterprise. The micro influence will ultimately determine China's macro level and ability of independent innovation. In order to enhance the capability of independent innovation in China, we must set up mechanism to reduce transaction costs and the cost to obtain basic research results cross organization, to promote cross-border cooperation between enterprises and external organizations, and implement cooperative innovation so as to play complementary economy.
