摘要
在"互联网+"背景下,企业并购扩张的内在机理是什么?文章通过采用案例研究的方法,从管理变革、人才管理、并购整合的角度进行深入剖析,研究表明:"互联网+"促使优势企业进行管理变革,优化企业管理模式进而提升管理效率;"互联网+"促使优势企业加强人才管理工作,以获取人才优势;"互联网+"会加快企业间的两极分化,从而诱使优势企业并购弱势企业以实现扩张发展;有效的并购整合是企业通过并购扩张实现快速发展的关键;在企业并购整合过程中,管理变革和人才管理起到了重要的调节作用。

This Paper adopts the method of case study to do An in-depth analysis from the perspective of management reform, talent management, MA integration studies show that:"Internet + " made advantage enterprises to do management reform, optimize enter-prise management mode and enhance management efficiency. "Internet + " prompt advantage enterprises strengthen the personnel manage-ment work for talent advantage. "Internet + " will speed up the polarization between the enterprises, bracing the advantage enterprises ma the weak enterprises to achieve expansion development. Effective merger integration is the key factor for Enterprise achieve rapid development through ma expansion. In the process of ma integration, management reform and talent management plays an important role of adjustment.
