摘要
目的:观察穴位埋线治疗类风湿关节炎对血清转化生长因子-β_1(TGF-β_1)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)的影响,探讨穴位埋线治疗类风湿关节炎的可能机制。方法:将60例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组口服来氟米特片每次20 mg,每日1次;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用足三里、肾俞穴位埋线,每15日埋线1次,共治疗6次。2组疗程均为3个月。观察2组治疗前后血清TGF-β_1、IL-17的变化并进行比较。结果:治疗后,2组IL-17水平明显降低,TGF-β_1水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组IL-17水平低于对照组,TGF-β_1水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线联合来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎较单纯口服来氟米特能够更明显降低IL-17水平,升高TGF-β_1水平。穴位埋线治疗类风湿关节炎的机制可能是通过促进TGF-β_1生成,并抑制IL-17生成来实现的。
Objective:To observe the effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy on TGF-β1 and IL-17 in serum of rheumatoid arthritis in order to explore the possible its mechanism in treating rheumatoid arthritis. Methods:Sixty eases of rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each.The control group was asked to take 20 mg of Leflunomide Tablets each time,once a day;while the treatment group,based on the treatment for the control group,was treated with catgut embedding therapy at Zusanli ( ST36 ) and Shenshu ( BL23 ) acupoints,once every 15 days and 6 times in total.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The changes of TGF-β1 and IL-17 in serum of the two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the level of IL-17 in the two groups decreased significantly and the level of TGF-β1 increased significantly,the difference being statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ) .The levels of IL-17 and TGF-β1 in the treatment group were respectively lower and higher than those of the control,and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) .Conelusion:Acupoint catgut embedding combined with leflunomide in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis can significantly reduce the level of IL-17 and elevate the level of TGF-β1 compared with the treatment with leflunomide only,whose mechanism may be through the promotion of generating TGF-β1 and the inhibition of producing IL-17.
