神经外科护士同情心疲乏现状及影响因素分析

Current status of compassion fatigue in neurosurgical nurses and factors influencing it

目的探讨三级甲等医院神经外科护士的同情心疲乏的现状及其相关影响因素。方法 2015年1月采用方便取样法抽取湖北省宜昌市及周边地区6所三级甲等医院神经外科护士作为研究对象进行问卷调查。运用同情心疲乏量表和明尼苏达满意度量表分别评估同情心疲乏和工作满意度。结果本研究共发放问卷202份,有效问卷198份,有效回收率为98.02%。同情心疲乏总分为(102.29±8.22)分。明尼苏达工作满意度总分为(74.98±8.63)分。年龄和护龄是同情心疲乏的主要影响因素。神经外科护士同情心疲乏与她们对工作的满意度呈负相关。明尼苏达工作满意度的内在满意度、外在满意度和一般满意度可以预测同情心疲乏状况。结论神经外科护士的同情心疲乏水平较高,应该提高她们的工作满意度,缓解护士的同情心疲乏,有效地提高神经外科护士的身心健康。

Objective To investigate the current status of compassion fatigue in neurosurgical nurses and analyze the factor influencing it. Methods A total of 198 neurosurgical nurses were investigated by self-designed demographic questionnaire, Compassion fatigue scale and Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire. Results The total score of compassion fatigue was （102.29±8.22） points. The total score of MSQ was （74.98±8.63） points. The compassion fatigue was negatively associated with the job satisfaction （P〈0.05）. The factors influencing the nurses＇ compassion fatigue included nurse＇s age and nursing years. Conclusions The level of compassion fatigue of neurosurgical nurses is higher than general medical staff. We should improve the job satisfaction of neurosurgical nurses in order to relieve compassion fatigue and enhance the nurses＂ physical and mental health and enthusiasm.
