哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征研究进展

The Research Progress of Asthma and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Overlap Syndrome

对于哮喘及COPD(慢性阻塞性肺疾病),二者疾病类型有所不同,疾病特征表现有所不同,但是临床往往出现将两种疾病相混淆的情况。对于哮喘患者,当其疾病情况有所严重后,患者往往表现出同COPD疾病相一致的症状。而对于COPD患者,也往往表现出哮喘疾病特征。当前将具有哮喘疾病特征及慢性阻塞性肺疾病特征的疾病称之为ACOS(哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征)。与COPD疾病进行比较,ACOS进展更为快速,并且花费的医疗费用更高,从而较易表现出诸多疾病并发症的现象。本文主要针对ACOS疾病研究进展进行研究。

In asthma and COPD（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease）, the two disease types is different, disease characteristics is different, but clinical often confused the two diseases.For asthma patients, when the disease is severe, patients often show consistent with COPD disease symptoms.For the patients with COPD, often show asthma disease characterlstics.The current, asthma disease and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease characteristics of disease is called ACOS（asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease overlap syndrome）.Comparing with COPD disease, ACOS progress more rapidly, and cost of health care costs are high, thus easier to show the phenomenon of many complications of the disease.ln this paper, according to a cosine disease research progress were studied.
