气质联用快速分析液化烃中的微量水含量 被引量:1

摘要 采用气质联用技术和耐水毛细管色谱柱建立了液化烃中微量水含量的分析方法,对液化烃试样的进样方式进行了优化,绘制了外标校正曲线,并用于实际试样的测定。实验结果表明,C_2液化烃试样采用气态进样,C_(3~4)液化烃试样采用闪蒸同步气化进样,所绘制的外标校正曲线相关系数大于0.999,在一定的范围内,液化烃中水气体的加标回收率在100.9%~109.1%之间,相对标准偏差小于2.0%,最低检出限为0.74 mL/m^3。该方法具有简便快速、灵敏度高的特点,可满足液化烃试样中水含量的监测要求,与国家标准的最低检出限基本一致,为液化烃中微量水含量的分析提供了一种新的分析方法。 A GC-MS method with a special capillary column for the analysis of water content in liquefied hydrocarbons was established. The injection modes of the liquefied hydrocarbons were optimized and the calibration curve was plotted, which was used in the determination of actual samples. It was showed that the C2 liquefied hydrocarbon samples could be injected in the form of gas and the C3-4 liquefied hydrocarbon samples could be injected by liquid flash evaporator. The calibration curve of water was linear with a correlation coefficient higher than 0.999 and the lowest detection limit was 0.74 mL/m3. The experimental results showed that, the recoveries of the water were between 100.9%-109.1%, and the RSDs were lower than 2.0%. The method could meet the requirements of monitoring the water content in the liquefied hydrocarbons, and was simple, rapid and sensitive.
