Rapid powder changing devices for Al profile coating

简要地介绍了铝型材粉末喷涂生产线上快速换粉系统中各个装置的基本技术要求,以及各个装置对提高上粉率和生产效率的作用。通过对旧的卧式铝型材粉末喷涂生产线喷房改造,并对改造前后的效果对比,证明改造后的快速换粉装置是一种低成本的高效的生产装备。

As to each device of the rapid powder changing system in the production line of A1 profile coating, this paper has introduced its basic technical requirement and the role it plays in improving coating ratio and efficiency. We have reformed the painting house of the .old horizontal production line of A1 profile coating and compared the results before and after reform. The results show that the upgraded powder changing device is efficient with low-cost.
