基于FMEA优化护理输血闭环管理的研究与应用

Research and Application of Closed Loop Management of Blood Transfusion Based on FMEA

采用信息化手段保证输血治疗质量,是当前医疗信息化建设的一个重要研究课题。江苏省人民医院在实施移动护理系统项目时,对临床用血信息化闭环管理模式进行了研究和应用。通过FMEA风险管理方法,分析了当前输血流程中存在的隐患,完善了移动护理信息系统设计,优化了输血管理流程。通过针对实施前后的效果比较,证明输血质量得到显著提高。

To ensure the quality of blood transfusion is an important research topic in the process of the current medical information construction. Our hospital in the implementation of mobile nursing system project, the clinical use of blood information on the closed-loop management model has been studied and applied. Through risk management methods in this FMEA analysis of various problems existing in the process of blood transfusion, through the design of the implementation of mobile nursing information system to optimize the management of blood transfusion process, and compared before and after the implementation of the effect of draws the corresponding conclusion.
