基于模糊评价法评价HIS建设效果的研究

Study of HIS Construction Based on Fuzzy Evaluation

目的:对HIS系统建设效果进行纵向研究,找出存在的问题和需要改进的部分,为以后的系统建设工作提供指导。方法:利用Delphi法提出指标和权重,利用模糊评价法进行评价。结果:提出医院信息系统评价指标及权重,包括8个一级指标和52个二级指标;除网络安全和系统准确性外,其它指标以及总的评估值呈上升趋势,但分值不高。结论:基础设施建设越来越完善,业务覆盖越来越全面,系统对工作的帮助得到用户认可,但网络安全、前期培训、后期维护方面还有待加强。

Objective： Longitudinal studying of the HIS （Hospital Information System）, finding out problems and improvements needed, which will provide the guidance for the later system construction work. Methods： Put forward the evaluation model of hospital information system with Delphi, and evaluate with fuzzy evaluation. Results： The evaluation model of hospital information system is put forward, including eight I level indexes and fifty-two Ⅱ level indexes; except for network security and system accuracy, the other indicators and the total evaluation value are on the rise, but not very high. Conclusion： The infrastructure construction is more and more perfect, the business module is more and more comprehensive, and the helpful of system is recognized, but network security, pre-training, latter maintenance need to be strengthened.
