单一的有线网或卫星通信网已难以满足全球覆盖的远程医学保障需要,为此,需要研究异构网融合技术及架构,实现多种网络互联互通,搭建覆盖全国疆域并向海外延伸的远程医疗平台,提供专家指导并开展医疗救助服务活动,提升卫生服务能力。

The single wired or wireless network （such as satellite, 4G） can＇t resolve the problem of global telemedicine service now, therefore heterogeneous network integration technology and architecture need to be researched and analyzed. In order to assist medical specialists in telemedicine service and promote the health service ability, various networks need to be interconnected and interworked, the telemedicine platforln which not only covers the whole country but also extends to overseas needs to be built.
