集团医院进销存系统闭环管理的研究与实现

摘要 随着医院集团化发展,多院区运营会产生大量跨院区的进销存业务和数据,给医院运营管理带来挑战。为了解决多院区之间人员调配、医疗物资调拨、生产数据管理以及财务独立核算等问题,在原进销存系统的基础上,引入统一用户管理,提出基于B/S的多院区架构以及环闭环管理流程,预留了外部程序调用接口。在此基础上设计了全面信息化的新进销存系统。新系统解决了多院区的运营管理问题,可以为医院管理层提供快速、准确和高效的决策支持。 With the development of the hospital group, a large number of inter-district invoicing business and data which is produced by the multi-district operations is a huge challenge to the hospital operation and management. In order to solve the problem of personnel deployment, medical materials allocation, production data management and financial independent accounting between multiple hospitals, on the basis of the original invoicing system, the unified user management was introduced, multi-campus architecture based on B/S and dosed-loop management process was proposed, external program call interface was reserved. On this basis, design a new invoicing system which was realized all-round information-based management. The new system solved the operational management of multiple school district, and could provide the fast, accurate and efficient decision support for the hospital management.
