摘要 目的:设计基于可穿戴高清视频转播的远程手术指导系统。方法:将中小医院和边远地区医院的外科手术场景通过可穿戴的高清影像摄录设备进行视频采集,同时将患者的生命体征信息通过高速网络转播到远程医疗资源丰富的医院,并将远程医院专家的指导意见以音视频的方式传输回手术现场,从而达到远程手术指导的目的。结果:实现手术过程中基于高清视频的远程实时指导。结论:可穿戴式高清视频手术转播可以真实还原手术现场,更便于开展远程手术指导;普及远程手术指导能够提高医疗专家的利用率,减少病人转院时间以及治疗等待时间,整体提高中小医院手术水平,同时改善大众就医难的医疗环境。 Objective: To design the remote surgery operation guidance system based on the high-definition video broadcast technology. Methods: Firstly, the patient's vital signs and the surgical procedure video are relayed via the high speed network from the small hospital to the one with rich resources. The video is captured by the high-definition recording devices, which are fixed or wearable. When the surgeon asks for instructions, the experts mark the captured image and send it back to the surgeon, and feedback the instructions to the operating room via the network in aural or visual style. Result: A real-time remote surgery operation guidance scenario is described. Accordingly, the high-definition video broadcast based system is designed. Conclusion: Applying the high- definition video broadcast technology can show the live surgery spot to the remote experts, who may guide the surgical procedure by aural or visual means. Through such a surgical model, the rare experts can participate in remote surgery operations more conveniently. And the patients can benefit by taking instructed surgery operations. The surgeons have more chances to improve their skill level.
