The response speed of the hospital system database server will reduce over time. There are many factors which can affect the database performance. In many cases it is due to reasons in several aspects, rather than a single factor. From the perspective of safety, reliability and stability, screening and analysis methods point the performance bottleneck of the database server are listed, flaws of the configuration are found out, the improvement and transformation of the system database are illustrated and summarized, a comparative study is conducted on the performance before and after the transformation, and relevant data is obtained, which provides references for the rational allocation of the database server system.
