知行合一的“教学合作共同体”模式构建——以思想政治理论课为例

近年来,在中国高等教育改革不断深入的大背景下,结合信息时代的变迁、高校人才培养的转型升级和发挥青年教师优势等几方面,分析改善思政教学实效的背景和问题,阐述教改创新的理念和实践：在思政课教学中构建包含三大特点（任务驱动、团队合作、参与体验）和四大环节（翻转课堂、方法实训、校地调研、基地探访）的跨越时空、虚实结合、知行合一的教学合作共同体的教学模式和体系,并对其进行总结和反思。

In recent years, the reform of China＇s higher education has been deepened. Combining the background and problems of the information age reforming, the transformation and upgrading of personnel training in colleges and universities, playing the advanta- ges of young teachers and improving the actual effect of ideological and political theory courses, the paper expounds the concept and practice of innovative teaching reform in the following and ends with effect analysis and the reflection ： with the characteristics of ＂cross- ing Time ＆ Space＂, ＂Integrating Network ＆ reality＂, ＂Unity of Knowing ＆ Doing＂, Teaching ＆ Learning Cooperative Community System is composed of three major features （Task-driven, Team-work, Participation experiential） and four steps （Flipped classroom, Method training, Campus investigation, Sites visit）.
